Shipping policy

Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly. Additionally please be aware that all packages must be delivered as addressed and cannot be held or intercepted at a pick-up facility.

In-stock orders placed before 2 pm CST generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Special Order items are generally shipped in 3 - 7 business days depending on the item ordered. 

 

We offer two shipping options:  

Priority 1 – 3 Business Day shipping

Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
